‘40 year old virgin’ Shelley Malil arrested; He stabbed his ex-girlfriend!

In a shocking incident, Shelley Mathew Malil has been arrested for stabbing his erstwhile girlfriend. The unfortunate incident took place in San Marcos, CA.

Malil stopped by the unidentified woman’s home and found her there with another man. Malil then grabbed a knife and stabbed her as many as twenty times, Times of Internet reports. When her male companion tried to assist, he stabbed him, too.

Shelley Mathew Malil is an American actor who has appeared in a number films and TV shows. Malil is an Indian American, was born in Kerala, India and immigrated to the United States in 1974. He had a supporting role in The 40 Year Old Virgin and appeared in the shows like Scrubs, Reba, NYPD Blue, The West Wing and ER.

The 40-Year-Old Virgin is a 2005 comedy film written and directed by Judd Apatow and co-written by the film’s lead star, Steve Carell, though the film itself features a great deal of improvised dialogue. Shelley Malil played the role of Haziz – A coworker. It also stars Catherine Keener, Romany Malco, Seth Rogen (who was also the co-producer) and Paul Rudd, as well as featuring Leslie Mann (Apatow’s wife) and Nancy Walls (Carell’s wife) in small roles.
