Adam Lambert: ‘American Idol’ winner set to cut maiden album!

The maverick ‘American Idol’ singer Adam Lambert is reportedly all set to unveil his first ever musical offering after winning the title at the most watched reality television show.
He had a roller coaster stint at the popular musical talent hunt show featuring Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and the indefatigable Paula Abdul as the judges. This is borne out by countless instances which witnessed Lambert daringly attempting an octave and a half sitar rendition of Johnny Cash’s ‘Ring of Fire’ and also the incident which saw sex toys being hurled at him while on stage at the American Idol tour.
After reaching the triumphant leg of an eventful journey, we sure hope that the eccentric Adam’s maiden album scores well with his fans and the general audience.

Does no one do their homework anymore? I love Adam Lambert but he did NOT win American Idol, the winner was Kris Allen – Lambert came in second place.

You should get your facts straight before you write something on the subject. Adam was NOT the winner of the 2009 8th Season of American Idol. Kris Allen was, with Adam being runner-up. However, Adam has by far been followed much more closely since the end of the competition, and it is quite apparent that his career will be monumental in the music industry. He is outrageously talented in all aspects of performing. Love, love, love him.
