Amy Winehouse : Amy Winehouse planning ‘big court battle’ with hubby Blake Fielder-Civil

Amy Winehouse is reportedly planning a ‘big court battle’ with husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

The ‘Rehab’ hitmaker – who has been on holiday in the Caribbean since early December – is set return to the UK in the next few weeks for a divorce showdown with Blake, who is currently serving a 27-month jail sentence for assault and perverting the course of justice.

The 25-year-old singer has already decided to scrap her plans to offer Blake an out of court settlement; and has instructed her legal team to proceed with plans for a high-profile, public trial to humiliate the jailbird – as she is convinced no court in the land will award him a penny.

“Amy has turned really tough this week. She’s so sick of Blake and won’t negotiate. She’s instructed lawyers to proceed with plans for a big court battle,” the News of the World quoted a source, as saying.

“She likes the idea of coming to court in a blaze of publicity. She wants the world to know everything Blake put her through,” the source added. (ANI)
