Bollywood flick ‘Singh is Kinng’ to rock audience soon

Bollywood flick ‘Singh is Kinng‘ starring Akshay Kumar has promised to floor the audience with its entertaining storyline.

Directed by Anees Bazmee, the film starring Katrina Kaif has already generated quite an interest amongst the people. Mainly shot in Australia, the movie is scheduled to be released on August 8.

With a catchy title and wonderful locales and good soundtrack, the film has all the right ingredients to set the cash registers ringing at the box office. The movie revolves round a Sikh, hailing from a small village in Punjab and how his life is transformed when he reaches Australia on a mission.

The main interest has been generated by the title of the film, which has gone beyond the film and which, the director feels has done justice to the movie. “Title of the movie has become very important these days. It generates an interest in the film. When I scripted the film, the title was suggested to me by Akshay,” said Anees.

The story of the film is about Happy Singh, played by Akshay Kumar, who is a fun-loving and mischievous character, and how his life transforms when he goes to Australia to bring back a fellow villager ‘Lucky Singh’.

The film trails the journey of Happy Singh as he moves around in Australia looking for his friend who is an underworld don, and how Happy Singh himself is pulled into the murky world of crime and becomes the King of Australian Underworld.

Bazmee said: “The story is about a character Happy Singh who is from a village. He goes to Australia to get back a fellow villager, who is into crime and anti-social activities. The movie is about how this character becomes a King after going to Australia and what happens when a person like him sits on the hair of a king and how things and circumstances change around him.” (ANI)
