Bruce Springsteen : Bruce Springsteen tops European albums chart

Bruce Springsteen has topped the European albums chart, scoring over Scottish rockers Franz Ferdinand.

The Boss’ new release ‘Working On A Dream’ has opened at number one on the new countdown, leaving behind fellow new entry Franz Ferdinand’s ‘Tonight: Franz Ferdinand’.

At number three is Seal with ‘Soul’ and Kings of Leon has claimed the fourth spot with ‘Only By The Night’.

Clinching the fifth spot is Amy MacDonald with ‘This Is The Life’, reports The Daily Express.

Meanwhile, Katy Perry has topped the European singles chart with her track ‘Hot N Cold’.
