Busta Rhymes : Obama makes rapper Busta Rhymes want to be respectable

American rapper Busta Rhymes has revealed that US President Barack Obama makes him want to lead a respectable life.

Rhymes, who gave a surprise performance at the Heineken-sponsored party, said having America’s “first hip-hop President” was a signal rappers needed to change their tune.

“A lot of the time when we said, ‘Get drunk, pop your Hennessy,” it wasn’t done with the level of integrity,” the New York Daily News quoted Busta as saying.

“Our respect [for President Obama] is so major that we won’t even play that game now.

“We’re making a conscious effort to do things on a more respectable level,” he added. (ANI)
