A radio station in Ohio, Cleveland, has embargoed Chris Brown songs following a protest from its listeners, who seem to be enraged by the singer’s alleged attack on Rihanna.
The bosses of 96.5 KISS FM have revealed that they were flooded with complaints from angry fans, who have vetoed Brown’s music after he allegedly threatened to kill Rihanna.
Considering the situation, the Producers have declared that they would be eliminating Chris Brown’s songs from their playlists.
“I made the decision to rid the whole station of Chris Brown songs while this plays out. We are fans of Chris Brown’s music, and this is not something that will last forever,” Contactmusic quoted Programme director Bo Matthews as saying.
According to reports, radio stations in Indianapolis and Pittsburgh have also pulled Brown’s music.
Meanwhile, Chris Brown has been facing the flak ever since he hit the headlines for allegedly attacking Rihanna, who was left with horrific injuries after the attack. (ANI)
