Eddie Murphy : Eddie Murphy, Shia LaBeouf roped in for next ‘Batman’ flick?

Hollywood actor Eddie Murphy and Shia LaBeouf have reportedly been roped in to act in the next installment of the ‘Batman’ flick.
While Murphy has been cast in the role of ‘The Riddler’ in the flick, the ‘Bobby’ actor will be seen in the role of the caped crusader’s sidekick ‘Robin’ in the next instalment, tentatively titled ‘Gotham’, according the British tabloid The Sun.
Hollywood actress Rachel Weisz has reportedly been roped in for the role of Catwoman, while Christian Bale will be seen in the same role of Bruce Wayne alongside Michael Caine, who will again play his assistant Alfred.
The flick, which is has been put down for a 2010 release, will be directed by Christopher Nolan, who made ‘The Dark Knight’ such a huge success when it was released this year.
“Chris wasn’t sure if he wanted to do another movie but as soon as he decided to, he got the wheels in motion,” a source said.
“Eddie’s a fantastic addition. Everyone’s excited to see what he does as the Riddler,” the source added. (ANI)
