Hollywood star Edward Norton’s documentary narrating US President elect Barack Obama’s historic run to the White House will be aired early next year.
The ‘Fight Club’ star has struck a deal with American network HBO to air the documentary in 2009.
Norton started working on the documentary early in 2006 and approached the Obama campaign to chronicle his entrance into the world of politics.
The film’s directors are Alicia Sams and Amy Rice, who have shot extensive footage of Obama in his role as Illinois’ senator.
They continued filming Obama’s steps as he kicked off his presidential campaign in 2007.
“Senator Obama’s history-making race for the White House has given our film a perfect framework to explore the pulse of the country at this vital moment in our history,” Contactmusic quoted Norton as telling the Hollywood Reporter. (ANI)
