Ellen Page : Ellen Page may play lesbian role in new film

Ellen Page is all set to take up yet another controversial movie role-she’s been tapped to play a lesbian in a real-life inspired film, it has emerged.

The ‘Juno’ actress will star in the forthcoming drama about Laurel Hester- a terminally ill New Jersey police officer.

Hester fought for pension benefits for her partner while battling lung cancer.

According to reports from Defamer.com, Page will take on the role of Hester’s partner Stacie in the film.

Page had earlier played the role of a pregnant teen in ‘Juno’, which was released in 2007, reports Contactmusic. (ANI)
