Eva Mendes and‘Calvin Klein’. slams critics over ‘lingerie ad’ controversy!

Dusky babe Eva Mendes is fuming these days.

This after the critics savaged her over a controversial lingerie advertisement from fashion biggie ‘Calvin Klein’.

The critics were particularly chuffed about a larger than life Billboard poster in downtown New York which features the actor in a sultry avatar for the said fashion label.
The advertisement showing the actor in bare nothings looks down upon a million passers- by down the New York freeway.

The critics have already vented their vehement protestations in no uncertain terms and want the poster pulled down.

However, the actor at the centre of the whole controversy appears unmoved and has reportedly dismissed the critics rant and even goes on to label the ‘offensive’ poster as tasteful and beautiful.

Speaking to contactmusc.com, the actor comes clean on what she makes of the whole controversy, saying, “It’s a religious group that has a problem with the image. That’s what I love about this country. We can voice our opinions and beliefs like that. But they’re wrong.”

Looks like the sizzling beauty is up for a long drawn out battle over this ‘lingerie’ bogey!
