Google Headquarters: The birthplace of Google Chrome OS!

Google Chrome is perhaps the most talked about topic in tech section. Still one more year to go before it hits the market and perhaps another decade to prove its worth in enterprise adoption, Chrome OS is already in top of the charts for the tech lovers.

Though, inside the Google headquarters, it has generated a lot of debate. According to IDC analyst Al Hilwa who has a different take on the whole subject, it would take some hard selling from Google. Besides, it won’t be easy for its partners to get on netbooks, hard disk-less machines from Asus, Dell, HP and others that let users access Web applications. The much faster Chrome OS is going to beat The Microsoft Windows and Apple’s Mac OS X and it will certainly upset the competitors in the industry

Google Vice President of Product Management Sundar Pichai demonstrated the stuff at the Chrome OS launch to open source. It was showed how Chrome OS can boot in seven seconds. Consolidating the boot process of the Chrome OS gave the super lightweight and the lightning speed.

Some are happy and others are upset, consumers are eager to welcome the Chrome OS for the netbook users without giving much choice and on the other hand the enterprises are going down quite well with it!

One more year to wait for Google Headquarters to see the fate of Chrome OS!
