Hilary Duff : Hilary Duff to star in ‘The Story of Bonnie and Clyde’

Singer/actress Hilary Duff has been roped in to take over the role of veteran actress Faye Dunaway in a new version of Bonnie And Clyde.

The 21-year-old star will play the role of role of Bonnie in a new adaptation of the legendary story alongside ‘Air Bud’ actor Kevin Zegers, reports Contactmusic.

The new movie, titled ‘The Story of Bonnie and Clyde’, will be helmed by Tonya S. Holly.

Holly insists that the new film will be entirely new, rather than a remake of the 1967 classic, which also starred Warren Beatty.

Meanwhile, the ‘Lizzie Maguire’ star is set to return to television.

A CBS rep has confirmed that the actress will guest star on an upcoming episode of Jennifer Love Hewitt’s show, Ghost Whisperer.

Ash will appear in the episode, “Thrilled to Death.” (ANI)
