Jackie Chan to play undercover spy in new film
- 0 Comments
Hollywood actor Jackie Chan would be seen playing an undercover Chinese spy in his next action comedy, ‘The Spy Next Door’.
The film revolves around a Chinese agent working undercover while on loan to the U.S. government, reports The China Dialy.
His cover is blown when he looks after the children of his neighbour, a beautiful single mother, and one of them accidentally downloads secret codes off his computer.
The shooting of the film is expected to start in mid-October.
In an e-mail, producer Robert Simonds has described the film as a cross between ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith’ and ‘Big Daddy’.
Chan was last seen in American kung fu movie ‘The Forbidden Kingdom’ and would next be seen in Chinese-language film ‘Shinjuku Incident’. (ANI)
