Janet Jackson : Janet Jackson inks record deal with Live Nation?
Pop singer Janet Jackson has reportedly signed a record deal with concert giant Live Nation.
The 42-year-old star cancelled her contract with Island Records in September last year after her album Discipline failed to impress her fans.
The new deal with Live Nation will encompass her album and concert plans, reports Contactmusic.
Other celebs attached to Live Nation include Jay-Z, Shakira and U2.
Meanwhile, the Nasty hitmaker has already working on a follow-up to the 2008 album flop, and has reunited with her mentor, producer Jimmy Jam, to take charge of her next project.
She hopes to release it this spring. (ANI)
