10. Kanye West tied with Richard Heene – We didn’t forget Kanye’s mic grabbing and ranting while Taylor Swift was about to speak after her award for Best Female Video. It was as full of hot air as Richard Heene’s invention of mushroom-shaped aircraft for commuter travel.

9. The Kardashians – Pregnancies, Breakups, Marriages, Videos, Reality shows, Twitter accounts, Blogs…whew! So many of them to stay at #9!

8. Miley Cyrus – This teen is a bad example for all the teens worldwide with her grinding on stripper poles or angering Asians, sometimes creating controversies for her and then deleting her Twitter.

7. Tila Tequila – Her naked and ranting video on UStream about her boyfriend is enough to say along with the PR stunts or the article of clothing she would remove to get attention!

6. Spencer Pratt – He caused epic fiasco on the show “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here”, pimped his wife to Playboy and pretented to get a vasectomy of “The Hills”. A relatively moderate year for last year’s top turkey!

5. Sarah Palin tied with Levi Johnston –Sarah, the possible 2012 presidential candidate bared all in Playgirl. While Levi Johnson, 19-year-old unwed father of her grandson, went naked in the magazine Playgirl.

4. Perez Hilton - With every ounce of fame the celeb gossip magnate garners, the more his own celebrity goes to his head and the more damage he does to his own causes.

3. Dr. Conrad Murray – Worst Doctor Ever!!! No explanation required for this man…what say all Jacko fans?

2. Carrie Prejean –  The dethroned Miss California opposed to gay marriage and then her revelation of sex tape became an eye opener for all young lovers!

1. Jon Gosselin – He was perfectly okay till he was with his wife and 8 children! But as he entered the Ed Hardy fascination, he was officially a Douche-bag… Throwing everyone else at the second position!!
