Jude Law to play ‘Dr. Watson’ in Guy Ritchie’s ‘Sherlock Holmes’

Hollywood actor Jude Law is set to play ‘Dr Watson’ in Guy Ritchie’s Sherlock Holmes.

The ‘The Talented Mr. Ripley’ actor will act alongside Robert Downey Junior, who plays Sherlock Holmes in the flick, which will be shot in London.

Ritchie is overzealous about the flick, which has the biggest budget he has ever worked on.

Rachel McAdams as Irene Adler, Mark Strong as villain Blackwood, and Kelly Reilly as Watson’s love interest Mary, also star in the flick.

“I’d like to bring something new to this project – I have a few tricks up my sleeve,” BBC quoted Ritchie, as saying.

”It won’t be a traditional Guy Ritchie thing, it will be a new Guy Ritchie thing,” he added. (ANI)
