Katie Holmes : Katie Holmes showered with praise by Eli Stone cast

 
Many Hollywood insiders wondered if Katie Holmes’ acting career would ever recover after a gap of more than two years, but from the praise she received from the Eli Stone cast, it looks like she will do just fine.

Holmes, who will be featuring as a guest star on ABC’s Eli Stone, has been praised by the stars of the show.

“Working with Katie was great,” Ok! magazine quoted show star Jonny Lee Miller as saying.

“It was fantastic. She was a really nice person to have around. She’s a phenomenal actress,” he added.

Holmes was also appreciated by Natasha Henstridge, another Eli Stone co-star.

“She’s just a star,” she said.

“Everyone loved working with her. She’s wonderfully talented and I think people forget a little bit. So much of the buzz was about her being married that you forget how talented she is,” she added.

For her role on Eli Stone, Holmes wore black tights and a leotard, and completed her sexy look with her pageboy hair teased and flipped a la 1920s Chicago.

“Katie’s a sweet girl,” actress Julie Gonzalo said.

“I didn’t see any of what you read in the papers. She’s sweet and normal. She brought her husband and daughter with her to set,” she added. (ANI)
