British rockers Keane’s album ‘Perfect Symmetry’ is ‘2008’s Best Record’, according to a new
poll.
The group’s LP, its first since 2005’s Under The Iron Sea, topped Britain’s Q Magazine and Q Radio’s best releases of the year (08) list, reports Contactmusic.
‘Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds’ came second with Dig!!! Lazarus Dig!!! while U.K. electro-folk group Goldfrapp’s ‘Supernature’ landed the third spot.
‘Dig Out Your Soul’ by Oasis came fourth and ‘Only By The Night’ by Kings of Leon rounded off the top five.
