Kim Kardashian: Why she wants to be on the Oprah show?

Reality show celebrity Kim Kardashian has publicly expressed her desire to appear as a guest on the famous ‘Oprah Winfrey Show’ along with her sister Khloe. The 20-year old show is reaching its end on late 2010 and has been witness to numerous mega-celebrities including the likes of Michael Jackson, Angelina Jolie, Aishwarya Rai and Barrack Obama. Now, Kim is apprehensive of the fact that the show may go off-air without she getting a single appearance. Kim tweets on her blog, “My goal in life is to go on the Oprah Winfrey Show. We need to plan and plot! How can the Kardashian sisters get on Oprah?”

They are desperate to enter the renowned talk-show at any cost. The sisters, jokingly, have suggested kidnapping or adopting a baby or, even, getting lost in the wilderness of Africa to grab some limelight and get invitation by the 55-year old lady Oprah. Now, why she wants to be on Oprah is obvious, but for the ignorant handfuls, we present the reasons:

1. The sitcom has been since 80’s the most watched TV program in US.
2. Oprah Winfrey is an iconic figure & is world’s most respected and highest-paid lady. To be invited on her show is a privilege Kim would grab with both hands.
3. The show gives Kim an opportunity to manifest her ambitions & goals.
4. One of the most-watched shows, the sitcom would, unquestionably, give Kim some spotlight & media-attention and would boost her career.
5. Getting an invitation on the show will also be a matter of extreme pride & give her a lot of confidence besides heightening her image.
