New York pop star Lady GaGa’s ‘Just
Dance’ has topped the UK singles chart for the second week
running.
The highest new entry on the singles countdown comes from US
rapper Kid Cudi, who bows at two with debut release ‘Day ‘N’
Nite’, reports the BBC.
James Morrison and Nelly Furtado slip to three with ‘Broken
Strings’.
Meanwhile, The Script have returned to the top of the UK
albums chart with their self-titled debut.
The Script, which features the hit singles ‘We Cry’, ‘The Man
Who Can’t Be Moved’ and ‘Breakeven’, previously spent two
weeks at number one in August.
Last week’s chart-topper, Only By The Night by Kings of Leon,
falls to two this week.
The highest new entry comes from US pop singer Lady GaGa, who
lands at three with her debut album ‘The Fame’.
The top five in UK singles chart are:

2. Day ‘N’ Night – Kid Cudi vs Crookers
3. Broken Strings – James Morrisson and Nelly Furtado
4. Issues – Saturdays
5. Let It Rock – Kevin Rudolf featuring Lil’ Wayne
The top five in UK albums chart are:
1. The Script – Script
2. Only By The Night – Kings Of Leon
3. The Fame – Lady GaGa
4. Songs For You Truths For Me – James Morrisson
5. Rockferry – Duffy (ANI)
