‘Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa’ tops weekend box office

DreamWorks’ ‘Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa’ has topped the weekend box office after raking in 63.5 million dollars.

According to studio estimates, ‘Role Models’ came second with 19.3 million dollars and ‘High School Musical 3: Senior Year; came third, with 9.3 million dollars.

Fourth on the list was Changeling, which earned 7.3 million dollars, reports E! Ionline.

Rounding off the top five was ‘Zack and Miri Make a Porno’, which raked in 6.5 million dollars.
