Mariah Carey made hubby wait for sex till they were married

American singer Mariah Carey has revealed that she abstained from having sex with her now hubby rapper Nick Cannon until they were married.

Carey, who started dating Cannon in February and married him in the Bahamas in April after just two months of knowing him, said that the wait was well worth it.

“It’s not that we had NO intimacy, we just didn’t have complete intimacy. It’s just me, and my feelings,” the Mirror quoted her as saying.

“I definitely don’t want to push it on anybody else. But we both have similar beliefs, and I just thought that it would be so much more special if we waited until after we were married. And it was, and it still is,” she added.

As the couple celebrate their six-month anniversary, the US star has declared she has never been happier. (ANI)
