Michael Jackson -Jermaine plans the world’s largest tribute for his brother Michael Jackson!
Jermaine La Jaune Jackson, brother of the late king of pop Michael Jackson has booked the London’s Wembley Arena. He is planning a huge tribute for his brother, who died on June 25, 2009, as a result of cardiac arrest at the age of 50.
Though Jermaine’s previous plans for the Vienna and Austria honorary concerts were shelved due to unavoidable circumstances, he hopes to make up for it with a star studded Michael Jackson tribute concert in London, scheduled this summer.
“The best way and most suitable way is to assemble the world’s largest tribute in history that is only fitting to a man who moved the hearts and souls of an unimaginable amount,” he said in an interview with Undercover.
Jermaine, who performed Michael’s favorite song “Smile” as a tribute to his late brother at the Michael Jackson memorial on July 7, 2009, is yet to reveal the name of the artists performing at London.
Titled as “Tribute by Jermaine,” the show will be recorded in HD format for a future DVD release. Criticism has already started coming in as people are accusing Jermaine of cashing on his brother’s death.
What are your views? Do you agree with the allegations accusing Jermaine of cashing on the king of pop’s death? Cant he be a loving brother and pay his sibling a tribute?

I think it would be a beautiful thing for Jermaine to do for Michael. And as for the dvd, that’s the only way I and many others have to be there. It also shows his children and future grandchildren how loved Michael was: both by his family and by his fans.
There are so many fans that will not be able to attend that a dvd would be a way to connect. You couldn’t fit all of Michael’s fans into one place and many couldn’t afford to travel to that place anyway. But I and others can afford to purchase a dvd. Why do people think Jermaine would be getting the money from it? It might go to Michaels children or to charities.
I wish people would quit judging the Jacksons as just wanting money. They are Michael’s family and the fans want to connect with them in some way. There might be money involved but that doesn’t mean that’s all the family wants. I believe the family is wanting to show the world how great a guy Michael was. The media has slanted everything to the bad for so long and I personally don’t think most of it was true.
My prayers are with the Jackson family. God bless.
No problem. As long as he doesn’t profit from it in any way. Any profits garnered from it, if any, should go to the estate to help provide for his children and mother.
A reduculous name for it. If it was truly a heartfelt tribute for his brother, why take the light off of Michael’s name. In fact, if it truly were a tribute, why is it that Michael’s name is non-existant?! More profiting I’m guessing.
Why call it Tribute by Jermaine? It reeks. Michael has had a tribute. People are paying tribute daily by continuing to purchase and listen to his music. If any member of the family other than Joe, LaToya or Jermaine were doing this I might think it had something to do with Michael. Unfortunately, I think this is all about Jermaine. It’s time to stop pimping Michael.

Rip king
‘tribute by Jermaine’….Yeah Right
will see if jermaine actually comes through on his wrd. he’s planned about 3 tribute concerts already since MJs death & they’ve all been canceled. will see if this 1 actually comes through.
i think jermaine is doing a great thing.i dont think he is doing it for the money,he does love his brother.i think jermaine is givening it to the kids and mom.i just wish every concert is so far away, london is so expensive for people, they just dont have the money and we love michael so much.the lady said before,we will buy the dvd.i wished we could learn more about michael and not cost so much all the time, because the media lies so,but the papers is the cheapest but they lie.i think the jackson family is a great family and they worked hard to get where they are today, michael worked the hardest and he loved his fans so much, people need to give all stars a break like the media too, that will only happen if fans all around dont buy the papers that will put the paper bankropt.the stars will have to come out more to talk show and tell us about them.love you michael more.
What is really happening? Jermaine are you?
it will be great if it really happens this time someone should do something for michael jackson from his family and for michaels children to show them that their dad was love.
I don’t think Jermaine is trying to cash in on Michael. What’s wrong with your own sibling trying to pay tribute to you? I’d love for my family to do that if I had fans around the world who loved me for all these years. People just wanna hate Jermaine for nothing. Michael deserves this tribute because most of the big stars today were inspired by Michael and I’m sure they would like to pay tribute to him this way too. Stop hating on the jackson family and appreciate what they’re doing? No body’s perfect, they just lost a loved one. Michael loved his family and said he always forgives, and never holds grudges. Appreciate his family as much as he loved them. Hate doesn’t get you no where. I’d love to watch the tribute, I can’t get enough of them anyway because I’m still not used to the fact that he’s gone.
I think this is brilliant – nearly every country in the world has done a tribute for Michael Jackson except England (he was going to do his last concert here!!!) so good luck Jermaine – bring it on.
If you want to know more about Michael then get on the internet its all there, his fb page has nearly 12 million fans with lots of discussions. Everything you want to know is there, fbi files, court transcripts, chat, stories, videos – you dont need the lying tabloids. Forever MJ.
U HOPES IT COMES ON TV
i think if jermaine keeps to his words it would be a great idea like michael would say when hes was alive its for the fans around the world i would love it too if and when it comes to dvd i would buy it for sure simple reason this is a great idea to me i live in canada and i wouldnt be able to make it to this tribute even though i would love so much to be there but this dvd would make me here in canada feel like i was there and for the money that gets made off it id say give half to his kids since his kids lost him it would probably make his kids feel that their dad still helps support them and give the other half to charity the ones that michael always loved to help with miss you michael your always in this fans heart forever and in my kids hearts too they are young but they loved dancing to his music they cried when our king of pop died again miss you michael .
