Nicolas Cage : Nicolas Cage genuinely fears for the stuntmen

Hollywood actor Nicolas Cage has revealed that while shooting for his forthcoming flick ‘Knowing’, he was genuinely worried about the safety of his stuntmen.
The film is based on the story of a widower played by Nicolas Cage, whose son discovers a document telling about every major disaster that has happened, and three that have yet to take place.
Thus one particular disaster scene featured a horrifying plane crash, and required stunt performers to be set alight, which left Cage worried about their safety, so much that he didn’t even have to act to show the fearful emotion.
“I didn’t have to act – I was genuinely concerned, because those people, although they’re stunt people, they were on fire and I didn’t want them to get hurt,” Contactmusic quoted Cage as saying.
“If I’d made a mistake they’d have to go back to the beginning and light them back on fire. So the difficult part was not making a mistake. The easy part was I didn’t have to act,” Cage added.
Meanwhile, Harry Potter stuntman David Holmes has injured himself while performing a stunt, and got paralyzed. (ANI)
