Nicole Kidman : Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban offered motel site near Oz dream house

Nicole Kidman and hubby Keith Urban’s plan to move in their 6.5 million-dollar dream mansion would remain unchanged – even after a 100-room motel was set to come up overlooking their back garden.

The celebrity couple had purchased the 1878-built Bunya Hill property in the scenic Sutton Forest in New South Wales, Australia, in July last year.

The Oscar-winning actress’ rep had previously trashed the claims suggesting the pair were thinking of putting up the plot for sale.

However, Gary Cowan, who co-owns the pub next to the development told Confidential that he was open to selling the Sutton Forest Inn to the couple should they be interested.

“You never know – they might want to buy it. It could be a great opportunity for them to expand their 100 acres to 120 acres and also have their own pub,” the Daily Telegraph quoted him as saying.

“There’s only around 20 or 30 people opposed to our proposal here, but if Keith and Nicole have a problem with it they’re welcome to buy the place,” he added. (ANI)

Yes I’m quite sure that Nicole will jump at the chance of owning her own pub right on the property. She can give it to Keith as a belated Christmas gift!
Give me a break, someone needs to do their homework before they make public remarks or are trying to find selling points of merchandise. lol. Offering a pub to recovering alcoholic why not uncork the keg and ask Keith to lay down below the spigget!
