Oz off-spinner Jason Krejza set to make Test debut in Bangalore
- 0 Comments
Tasmania off-spinner Jason Krejza appears all set to make his Test debut, after spinner Bryce McGain was ruled out of the Aussies team for the first Test against India in Bangalore due to a shoulder injury.
McGain was considered the leading candidate to make his Test debut in Bangalore after incumbent Beau Casson was overlooked for the tour.
But, he was ruled out today when straining his shoulder in the nets in Hyderabad yesterday ahead of the four-day match against a President’s XI starting tomorrow, reported The Australian.
McGain injured the shoulder playing for Australia ‘A’ on their tour to India last month. (ANI)
