Patrick Swayze : Wife Lisa is cancer-stricken Patrick Swayze’s greatest source of strength

Patrick Swayze, who is facing the battle of his life against cancer, is refusing to give up as long as his wife is by his side.

The ‘Dirty Dancing’ star has had to face the prospect of only having months to live.

The cancer is said to have spread to his lungs from his pancreas, and a week ago he was taken to hospital with pneumonia.

However, the 56-year-old says that he won’t give up without a fight.

“Watch me. You watch what I can pull off,” the Mirror quoted him, as saying.

He said from his hospital bed last week: “My greatest source of strength is Lisa and the angels I have around me. We’ve both become much stronger over the course of the last three months. I’m just happy I’m alive and plan on continuing to stay that way.” (ANI)
