Samantha Ronson accused of using relationship with Lindsay for financial gain

Samantha Ronson is being accused of using her relationship with Lindsay Lohan for financial gain.

Since dating the actress, Ronson’s fee per gig has jumped from around 1,500 dollars to as much as 25,000 dollars, netting Ronson close to 3 million dollars over the last year.

“While Sam never contractually agrees that Lindsay will show up to her shows, promoters, owners and publicists all know that if you book Sam, there’s a high likelihood Lindsay will also show. Sam’s now asking for a lot more money to spin, and she’s getting it easily,” the New York Daily News quoted an insider as saying.

However, a friend of Ronson said: “Ronson doesn’t need Lindsay to make money. She’s always had money, and relied more on (famous deejay brother) Mark for getting gigs booked. In fact, Sam made Lindsay hot again!”

A representative for Ronson denied that Sam was using her relationship with Lohan for financial gain. (ANI)
