Sienna Miller : Sienna Miller leaves ‘Nottingham’ because of Russell Crowe

Aussie actor Russell Crowe has been throwing his weight around on the pre-production of
‘Nottingham’ so much that Brit actress Sienna Miller has dropped out of the flick.

Crowe is reportedly telling producers to get a new director and demanding script rewrites.

Miller, who was supposed to play Maid Marian, left the production on January 9 after she was put on hold while shooting was pushed back from February to April.

“It is a mess. Russell never lost the weight he put on for ‘Body of Evidence’ – and so the love scenes between him and Sienna would have been laughable. He’s so old and fat and she’s so young and gorgeous. It’s just . . . gross,” the New York Post quoted an insider as saying.

One producer said Crowe has to shed 35 pounds, adding: “We can’t have Robin Hood looking more like Friar Tuck.”

As per reports, producers are looking for an older, plumper actress to play Miller’s role to compliment Crowe’s plump looks.

Miller’s rep said that the actress is “fine” and “about to sign onto two other movies”, but did not comment on her dropping out. (ANI)

Okay there are so many things that are wrong with this.
    1. The film was Body of LIES for which Russell gained the weight.
    2. You need to do better research on the weight issue. You need to pull up recent photographs taken at the Reveloutionary Road Pemeire. The man does NOT need to lose 35more pounds.
    3. **Miller’s rep said that the actress is “fine” and “about to sign onto two other movies”, *** Now don’t you think THIS might be the real reason she dropped out. Taking a movie that might be closer to a filming date instead of one that is on a delay.

It would be really nice to read one of these articles with actual FACTS in it instead of misinformation and speculation.

The film Mr Crowe put weight on for is called Body of LIES, not Body of Evidence. When he was on the promotion round for the film in America, he said that he has lost all the extra weight bar 14 pounds…hardly the 35 pounds mentioned in the article.

The script changes have been going on since well before Mr Crowe signed up for the project, so why is he instantly blames for any glitch on this production. It seems that the press have him pegged as the whipping boy for any little snafu that hits ANY production he is in.

He signed on because he loves working with Ridley Scott, so why on earth would he be demanding for a replacement director?

It’s about time that the so called journo’s out there stopped stealing the fantasies printed by others and actually got their fingers out and did some good old fashioned research, maybe then we would get the truth in print and not endless falsehoods and rumours.
