Susan Boyle: Desparately waiting for Susan’s debut album

Millions of Susan Boyle’s fans are awaiting Christmas for a rather different reason this year. Come December and we are likely to be bowled over by the Susan Boyle’s debut album.

It has been reported that Susan is working on her debut album and will try to bring it out by Christmas. Boyle, who was the runner-up on the show, sat in central London studio with producers from Simon Cowell’s record company, Sony Music.

The record is set to be “musical themed” – reflecting Susan’s love of West End stage shows. She is likely to sing a duet with her idol Elaine Paige for the new album.

And her BGT song ‘I Dreamed A Dream’ from Les Miserables is likely to be the opening track. “Wednesday was Susan’s first day as a recording artist – she had a brilliant time,” the Sun quoted an insider as saying.

“She talked about what songs she wanted for the album – it’s going to be a case of trying to pin her down to her favourite ten or so,” the insider added.
