Ashley Tisdale: Ashley Tisdale and Jared Murillo part ways

High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale has reportedly split from boyfriend Jared Murillo.

“They have not been dating for awhile now,” Usmagazine quoted a source as saying.

”They just grew apart, but are remaining friends,” the source added.

Tisdale and Murillo, a dancer on HSM and member of boy band V Factory, began dating in 2007.

The 23-year-old actress has last year revealed that she was “really good” with Murillo, 20, and their dates nights included “going out to dinner and just normal stuff like that.”

“Just someone you can be comfortable with and that you can… I mean, I always have to be dressed up all the time for my work so when I’m home I just like to be in sweats and comfortable,” said Tisdale.

“And just someone you can laugh with, someone you can have fun with. I love to laugh and laugh at myself,” she added. (ANI)

Actress Ashley Tisdale has decided never to date Hollywood actors, as she cannot stand their inflated egos.

The ‘High School Musical’ actress, who is currently dating High School Musical tour dancer Jared Murillo, revealed that she has dated actors in the past.

Tisdale also said that top class celebs were totally self-obsessed.

She said that the actors were not actually sensitive like their characters they play.

“Some of them are just so into themselves. You fall in love with their characters… and then you realize they’re just not as sensitive,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling Cosmopolitan magazine. (ANI)

High School Musical actress Ashley Tisdale has played muse to one of her fans, who after being inspired by the star landed himself with the lead role in his school’s version of ‘Peter Pan’.

The 23-year-old said that a teen had written to her telling about how he had gathered his nerves to audition for the part, and tasted success later.

“It’s great to be able to touch peoples’ lives,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

“We actually had a boy come over to us and explain how he got the courage to audition for a school musical after watching our movie.

“He was a basketball jock who ended up getting the lead in Peter Pan,” she added. (ANI)

Ashley Tisdale’s emotional outburst over High School Musical

Ashley Tisdale, famous for her role in the High School Musical series, broke down while filming the final scenes of HMS 3, devastated that her part in the franchise is over.

The actress who played the much-appreciated role of Sharpay Evans in the hit teen series won’t be playing the role in the fourth part.

Tisdale revealed that the final scenes of the movie were quite tear jerking and she was not the only one to cry her, cast mates Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens and Corbin Blue got emotional too.

“We’re so attached to each other. We’ve had such fun doing these movies. It’s definitely something that’s tough to leave and say goodbye to,” Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

Ashley had no qualms admitting the fact that she’s extremely close to all her fellow actors and would badly miss working with them in the hit teen series.

“We went into the last day thinking, ‘It’ll all be fine ’cause we’re all really good friends and we’re so close. It wasn’t even the last scene – we couldn’t even get through it. We were crying and just so emotional over the whole thing,” She said.

Tisdale also confirmed that her fellow actors would also be replaced in the fourth part along with her, reports Contactmusic.

“I heard they’re going to do a High School Musical 4, but we have nothing to do with it. I think we’re all doing other projects and moving on,” she added (ANI)
