Taylor Swift believes the MTV VMA’s were more of sex than music

American country music star Taylor Swift has revealed that the recent MTV Video Music Awards had been a little too saucy for her liking.

Even though she was full of praise for host Russell Brand, she felt that there had been more talk of sex than music during the show.

“I think that there was a little too much sex being talked about instead of music,” Fox News quoted Swift as having told Pop Tarts at Sunday’s DVD premiere of “Another Cinderella Story.”

“But I think (host) Russell Brand is a great comedian and he’s funny. I think that the Jonas Brothers are the most professional people in the music industry - they laugh at themselves and know how to have fun regardless of whether they are being picked on throughout the entire show,” she said.

Meanwhile, the 18-year-old also revealed that she is not interested in leading the kind of life celebrities live. “I wouldn’t be a party girl even if I wasn’t doing this; that’s just not the way I live my life,” she said.

“There are cameras and microscopes now, but honestly, I wouldn’t be a party girl either way. That’s just not how I am,” she added. (ANI)
