Timothy Treadwell death audio not released to public

Timothy Treadwell was an environmentalist, documentary film maker and above all a bear activist. All was well till 13 seasons after which he and his girlfriend Amie Huguenard were killed by their own grizzly bears.
Treadwell had described himself as an aspiring actor, recovering alcoholic, drug addict, and eco-warrior. He attributed his recovery from drug and alcohol addictions entirely to his relationship with bears.
In October 2003, Treadwell and his girlfriend, a physician’s assistant, Amie Huguenard, visited Katmai National Park in Alaska. It seems that he stayed in the park later than his normal stay and when bears were becoming more aggressive. Perhaps, this led to bears attacking them. On October 6, the bodies of Treadwell and Huguenard were discovered.
A video camera was found at the site which contained the Timothy Treadwell death audio although there was no video. The tape is now the property of Jewel Palovak and has not been released to the public.
Treadwell’s life, work and death were the subject of the 2005 documentary film by Werner Herzog titled Grizzly Man.
