Unexpected Success for Katie Featherston

Paramount Pictures are the distributors of the horror movie Paranormal Activity which made huge money at the US Box Office and is now the most profitable film ever made. The horror fans have commented widely about the movie. Paranormal Activity surely grabbed the viewer’s attention.

Katie Featherston, the Hollywood newcomer from Paranormal Activity was so impressed with her surroundings during a recent promotional trip to New York that she foolishly posted the pictures of the Hotel suite on her Twitter account letting her fans knows where the actress was staying.

Katie and her co-star Micah Sloat achieved unexpected success on October 2009 when Paranormal Activity stormed the U.S. box office and became the number one movie running successfully over a week.

She explains, “I was excited about the hotel room, so I took a picture… Somebody recognized where it was and re-tweeted: ‘The kids from Paranormal Activity are staying at this hotel!’

According to The Hollywood Reporter.com, both Katie and Micah who were previously unknown actors have been getting nonstop media attention after the movie’s release.
